These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through our website, WhatsApp, and direct sales. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products Displayed on Website

• The website displays only New and Aftermarket parts.

• Conditions, pictures, and details provided are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

• Product availability may vary and will be confirmed before order approval.

2. Used Parts

• We do not list used parts on the website.

• For Used / Genuine Take-Off Parts, customers must contact us directly.

• Price, condition, and availability of used parts are confirmed manually.

• Pictures and videos of used parts are always shared before confirmation.

3. Aftermarket Parts – Warranty & Guarantee

• All Aftermarket parts are sold with NO WARRANTY AND NO GUARANTEE.

• The customer is responsible for confirming compatibility before buying.

• No claims will be accepted once the item is opened, installed, or used.

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer must provide correct and complete information:

• Vehicle model, year, engine, VIN (if available)

• Part number (if available)

• Required side (Left/Right) and type

We are not responsible if:

• Wrong part is ordered due to incorrect customer information

• Workshop installs incorrectly

• Customer changes mind after receiving the item

5. Order Confirmation & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after stock check and payment confirmation.

• Full payment is required before delivery or pickup.

• Prices may change anytime before confirmation.

6. No Return & No Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy for all items, including:

• New parts

• Aftermarket parts

• Used parts

• Electrical items

• Special-order parts

No return/refund will be accepted for:

• Wrong selection by customer

• Change of mind

• Color or condition expectations

• Compatibility issues caused by incorrect information

7. Exchange Policy (3 Days)

We offer Exchange Only, with the following conditions:

✔ Exchange Eligible:

• Exchange request must be made within 3 days of purchase

• Item must be unused, unopened, uninstalled, and in original condition

• Customer must have the original invoice

• Exchange depends on availability of replacement item

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Opened or installed items

• Used parts

• Electrical components

• Damaged or tampered items

• Special-order items

8. Courier Charges

• Customer will pay both sides courier charges for an exchange

• Customer will also pay any price difference if the new item costs more

9. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery charges apply based on location.

• We are not responsible for any courier delays, damage during transit, or lost items once handed over to the courier.

• Customers should inspect the package upon receipt and report issues immediately.

10. Fitment & Installation Responsibility

• The customer is responsible for making sure the part fits their vehicle.

• We do not accept claims related to fitment issues, workshop errors, or installation damage.

• We recommend installation by a qualified technician.

11. Business Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse exchange if conditions are not met

• Update terms at any time without prior notice

• Cancel any order before delivery (full refund will be issued if we cancel)

12. Governing Law

• All transactions are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes will be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
